During my tenure at Miami Jewish Health Systems, I was honored with the Employee of the Quarter award. In my role, I managed all network LAN/WAN hardware, including servers, firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, and wireless networking equipment. As the first point of contact for major technical issues, including power outages, system failures, and disaster recovery, I ensured the seamless operation of the infrastructure across six sites. I supported help-desk technicians and the IT Department, led the Network Infrastructure and ServiceDesk teams, and planned and executed infrastructure design and implementation projects. I collaborated with Telco vendors, created technical documentation, and worked closely with the IT Director to develop budgets and technology roadmaps. Additionally, I designed and implemented LAN solutions using Cisco Catalyst switches, managed virtual server infrastructure, upgraded systems, and supported a wide range of IT services and mobile devices. My dedication to maintaining a robust and efficient IT infrastructure was recognized with this esteemed award.
